We usually ship within 1 Business day of received/cleared payments. Orders made during Friday afternoon, Saturdays or USA holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

In case of you do not provide a physical and valid address, we will only ship the package after you confirmed the address.

Please understand that once orders are shipped, we cannot control the transit times thereafter.

All parts sold by us are brand new, serviceable, and functional. If an auto part is found to be defective within 90 days from the original date of purchase, we shall provide either a one-time replacement part or a one-time full refund when the part is out of stock. If an auto part is found to be defective within one year but after 90 days from the original date of purchase, we only provide a one-time replacement part or a partial refund based on the table below.

We only warranty cost of parts. Any installation or other fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for, and warranty does not cover, any damages arising from a failure to operate the product within its intended.
No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question.
Warranty-related claims may require authentication including, but not limited to Mechanic Diagnosis, Pictures or Video of damaged goods – do not dispose of parts until instructed. Failure to provide authenticating documentation could result in denial of current warranty claim and forfeit of future warranty.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

1) Are in 100% new, unused condition with the original parts and label included

2) Have original manufacturer information

3) Are not used, installed, disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation

4) Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

All shipping expenses including duties and/or customs fees will be paid by the buyer. We will not charge any restocking fees if the return item(s) is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong item(s), item damaged during shipping etc.

We do not compensate your labor, towing, repair, rental expenses or any other related expenses. All items shipped have been inspected in detailed, and we guarantee that you'll be satisfied with your purchase.

– Do not return the products with shipping damage or quality issue which are non-resalable back to us.

– Do not claim shipping damage by yourself which may cause deny. Please provide brief info and pictures, we will issue a claim to carrier for you.

Please contact us first before returning your product. Once we received, conducted the inspection, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, allow 3-5 business days to process your refund including all applicable sales taxes. Any return without prior notice will not be accepted.
