Freight Shipping

Freight Delivery Options

Flat rate freight shipping prices generated by eBay are valid only for commercially zoned addresses with a dock or forklift capable of accommodating a semi-truck. If your location lacks a dock or forklift, a liftgate fee will apply, which must be specified at the time of purchase.

Residential freight delivery is available but requires a custom quote prior to ordering, as it typically costs double that of commercial deliveries. Alternatively, buyers can opt to pick up freight from a local freight terminal. If you choose this option, we'll provide the closest terminal's location and contact information. You must arrive with appropriate equipment and identification to retrieve your shipment.

Important Freight Delivery Information

If the buyer fails to respond to the freight carrier's attempts to schedule delivery or misses an appointment, a redelivery fee ranging from $100-$300 (depending on package size and weight) will be charged to the buyer.

Returns and Restocking Fees

Returns made for reasons not attributable to our error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If a returned item is received damaged or not in its original condition, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied.
