All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part). Freight items must have a commercial address and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment.

International orders are shipped via eBay’s Global Shipping Program.

All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit. Details regarding timeframe as well as payment for return shipping are outlined in the return section at the top of each individual eBay listing. Please message us with questions.

Most Parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee unless otherwise stated.

The 60 Day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.

To return an item you must contact us through eBay Messaging within the 60 Day period to obtain an RMA number (Return Material Authorization)

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
