Total price < 10usd will sent normal post, add 2-3usd for a tracking number, >22usd by registered mail for free
Gross weight >2kg, size > 90CM, send with 2 parcels/ EMS or others express delivery without special notice.

We will ship to USA via USPS service, it normally takes about 7-15 working days.

For other countries, we will offer shipping methods. Economy Int'l Shipping(Hong Kong registered air mail) which has not a tracking number. Due to Standard Int'l Shipping has a tracking number, both of us can check the status of the packages, so we strongly recommend Standard Int'l Shipping.

If there is nothing wrong with the items, but you change your mind,you can return the items to us and must keep in the original box. Buyer should pay for the returning shipping costs, and we will only refund of the items value (not including shipping).

· Items damaged or missing parts when arrival. Please offer us the photo of the items you received with the package (the side has invoice on it), we will replace it or resend.

· All items are tested or checked to make sure they are working properly before we ship them to our customers. You are guaranteed by our 100% satisfaction on all products. Please understand that RC helicopters and airplanes can crash if mistakenly made or you do not know how to fly, any kind of crash or hard landing may caused damage(s) to the helicopter or plane. We can not control over your flying skill, behavior or the conditions you have chosen to fly in. We tested all products before shipment as we stated above, if you have any problem with the aircraft or other product(s) you ordered from us, please report it and send us vedio at the time when you received the shipment (not after use please). Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send return back to us.

Returns Policy

To Return an item you must contact us and take photos of your item to clearly show any damage or unusual aspects of it.

Approved returns will be subject to inspection on arrival. Items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging.

All shipping and handing charges are non-refundable.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will cover the cost if sending replacement/repaired items.
