International orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS International. Shipping cost or carrier may change, based on final destination.
Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii and Alaska will require additional shipping charge.
Most small items purchased before 1:00pm (13:00) CST will be shipped the same day; orders after 1:00pm ship the same or following day.
Processing time for large items is 1 business day (hood, door shell, fender, engine, transmission, trunk shell, hatch, windshield, bumper, reinforcement clip, subframe, roof, quarter apron, gas tank, etc.).
Large items ship via Freight to business/commercial addresses; residential delivery requires extra payment.
Some states may require extra freight cost: FL, ME, NE, MA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD, PA, NY, VT, WA, OR, ID, MT.
We ship to the address provided at eBay checkout (except Freight).
Freight carriers may charge if they must unload on your behalf.
We may alternate between FedEx/USPS/UPS to pass shipping savings to you.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the item being received by the customer.

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total. Returns are only accepted for items that are non-functional or significantly different from the description.
Please do not purchase parts for testing or diagnostics purposes.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All parts are tested either before or after removal from the vehicle.
