Thank you for checking out our listing; we really appreciate your support! We're a small US-based mom-and-pop business operating out of the Denver area. The following are some general policies & information about our store to help buyers avoid any confusion. If you have any additional questions about our items, feel free to send us a message.
Offers:
Best offers are allowed on most of our listings, and interested buyers are welcome to submit as many offers on our products that eBay allows. We frequently accept offers when we feel the amount offered is right for us at that time. Please keep the following in mind when submitting offers on our products to avoid confusion:
- Please keep in mind that items can sell while you are waiting on a response to an offer. It's not uncommon for an interested buyer to submit a best offer, only for another interested to pay the "Buy It Now" price and get the item.
- Allowing offers on items does not necessarily mean that your offer will be accepted. In some instances we're unwilling to sell the item below list price. In other instances, the best offers submitted are too low for us to accept. Again, allowing best offers does not mean that your offers will be accepted. It means you are allowed to submit offers on an item, which a seller may accept or decline.
- If your offer is declined, you are free to submit a new offer. Please keep in mind that if you submit an offer at the same or lower price, your offer will likely just be declined again and you will have fewer opportunities to submit new offers. This is because eBay caps the amount of offers buyers can submit.
- If your offer is declined or not responded to, please understand that this action is not personal. It simply means that we are unwilling to sell the item at the amount offered at this time.
- If you accept an offer that is sent to you, or we accept an offer that you've submitted to us, you are accepted to pay for the item at the agreed upon amount. If you no longer want the item, please cancel your order or let us know that you wish to cancel your order. If you don't pay for the item, your order will be canceled on grounds of non-payment.
- Please keep in mind we're a small, mom-and-pop business with other jobs and responsibilities, so we don't always have time to explain why we declined an offer. Additionally, sometimes offers slip through the cracks and are not responded to for the same reason.
International Shipping:
We ship internationally through eBay's International Shipping Program. We exclude no regions or countries, so buyers living in any location eBay's International Shipping Progam ships to can purchase our items. Please note the following if you have any issues with your international order:
- If you are having trouble purchasing any our items as an international buyer, please try to update your eBay app to its latest version. This usually fixes the issue. If this does not, you may want to talk to eBay's customer support for additional help.

If you have any questions about an item, feel free to message us. We're happy to help! Please keep the following in mind with regard to messages:
- We make a sincere effort to respond to messages and offers sent to us. However, please keep in mind we're a small, mom-and-pop business with other jobs and responsibilities, so sometimes correspondence can slip through the cracks. Feel free to resend inquiries if a message you sent wasn't responded to.
Issues with an Order, Address, or Late Delivery:
If there's an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. Whether it be an item arriving late, or an issue with the item received, we're happy to help. While we offer 30 day returns, we encourage buyers to contact us first so we can diagnose the problem and see what can be done. Please keep the following in mind with regard to issues with an order:
- If an item is taking longer than expected to arrive, please keep in mind that this is a delay on the carrier's end (such as USPS & UPS). Ninety-nine percent of the time when an item is taking longer than expected to arrive, it eventually is delivered to the buyer. Please keep in mind that once your item is in the hands of the mail carrier, it's out of ours and there's nothing we can do to make a delivery go faster.
- If you no longer want the item, please cancel your order or let us know that you wish to cancel your order BEFORE the item is shipped and handed off to a carrier. If an item has already been shipped and handed off to a carrier, then it's too late to cancel the order. It's in your best interest to cancel an order ASAP so you aren't stuck receiving an item you don't want.
- If you input the wrong address and submit an order, immediately cancel the order BEFORE it's shipped out so your item isn't shipped to the wrong address. As far as eBay is concerned, the responsibility to input the correct address is on the buyer. If you input the wrong address and we have already shipped your item, then it's already too late and your package will proceed to the wrong address. So, again, it's in your best interest to cancel the order before we ship it out if you input the wrong address.
Returns:
We allow returns within 30 days of an item's delivery so buyers have an opportunity to see that the item they ordered is right for them. While we offer returns, we encourage buyers to contact us first so we can diagnose the problem and see what can be done. This is because sometimes a return is not necessary and buyer dissatisfaction with an item can be cleared up with some communication. However, if a return is deemed necessary, please keep the following in mind:
- So long as the item you purchased is returned to us in its original, complete condition that it was purchased in, you will receive your refund for the returned item.
- Items are expected to be returned in the original, complete condition that they were purchased in. If an item is not returned in its original, complete condition, we may deduct portions of your refund to make up for the damage, open packaging, or missing components made to the item. If an item is returned in a condition so different from its original, complete condition (or not returned at all) we may open a dispute and you may not receive a refund at all. Please keep in mind that we extensively film/photograph our items at all stages, including listing, packaging, and returns to ensure the condition of items stays the same throughout the entire process.
