Truck came out of Texas. Bought her 10 years ago and have been fixing her up ever since. Rebuilt the transmission by Whited Ford in Maine. Added suspension parts to smooth out the ride. Truck came with an 8” lift. Replaced all glow plugs. Fixed all the fuel leaks that these trucks are known for. Which was also done by Whited Ford. Changed out the hubs many times. Just put 2 brand new batteries in. Trucks in excellent shape for the year. Mileage is 186,000 miles. This truck is a monster and women and men always come up to me asking me all about it. The diesel sounds like it did when it was brand new. This is the 4th or 5th 1997 Ford 7.3 I’ve owned. Grew up around them and my dad always had one.
