 Standard Shipping

**All shipments must have a valid Home or Business delivery address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Allow 2-7 business days for arrival of in-stock merchandise shipped via standard shipping. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered shipping days. 
Overnight and 2nd-day shipping options are available for many items at additional cost. Message or call us for pricing and availability. 

LOCAL PICK-UP: Local Pick-Up is FREE! Please contact us through messages or phone prior to picking up your items. Items will be held for UP TO 30 days from time of purchase unless prior arrangements are made.

 Freight Shipping:

1.      **PLEASE INSPECT FREIGHT SHIPMENTS CLOSELY FOR DAMAGE BEFORE ACCEPTING**

2.      Freight shipping service is used for engines, transmissions, oversized body parts, interior upholstery sets, wheel sets, etc.

3.      Items shipped freight are secured to a pallet or within a crate.

4.      Freight Shipping is valid to destinations with a VERIFIED COMMERCIAL/BUSINESS ADDRESS.

This address must be entered into eBay during time of checkout.

5.      Residential address delivery will cost an additional $30-$60. 

STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY

Auto parts are guaranteed to arrive to the Buyer in the condition as stated at time of purchase. The standard limited warranty expires 30 days from time of purchase. All applicable parts are guaranteed to function properly consistent with age, mileage, and intended design, unless otherwise noted in the item description. Highline Auto Parts does not warrant against loss caused from installation, removal, or repair in connection with the sale of used auto parts. Buyer understands that guarantees and warranties are void if motor or part is overheated, damaged, disassembled, etc.  This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage caused by improper installation, usage from which the part was not intended or improper maintenance of the product

USED TIRES The Buyer acknowledges that any defects or deficiencies in a used tire may not be apparent. The Buyer agrees to have the used tires further inspected and installed by a professional tire installer. Highline Auto Parts makes no representations whatsoever regarding the used tire(s) being purchased and/or their suitability or fitment for a particular purpose. 

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to make a return, open a Returns Request through the transaction. Refunds may be delayed or denied if a return authorization is not obtained by this opening this request before sending your part back. Products or goods should be returned and exchanged with an appropriate invoice or proof of purchase. Damage claims will be denied if damage was stated in original description at time of purchase. NO returns on special orders, overheated, altered, or disassembled part(s). It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item back to us in the same condition it was received. Ebay will automatically process the return back to the method of payment. 
All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

We are committed to resolving any issues that arise but we first need to be made aware of the situation. We receive a large amount of messages and respond AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
