2001 GMC SIERRA 2500HD 4WD
DURAMAX DIESEL - POWER WINDOWS / LOCKS / MIRRORS
This truck has been loved and well maintained over the years. Adult owned and bone stock. Original exhaust and intake. No tunes or modifications.
The engine and transmission operate perfectly. There is no smoke or blow by. It does not burn any oil. Every tank of fuel is treated with Diesel Kleen and Lucas Fuel system cleaner/conditioner. Injectors/Fuel Pump were done by prior owner.
Good tires belt & batteries. The parking brake cables, shoes and rear pads rotors were just replaced. The rear axle seals were also done with new differential oil at the same time. The trailer hitch is new. Interior is in good shape. No cracks on dash. The headliner is not sagging or peeling.
The A/C was serviced over the summer with a new dryer and orifice tube. Has good heat and A/C.
Cons:
As you can see in the photos the bed and rockers have rust issues.
The power mirrors do not work. I have not looked into it. Might be switch or fuse.
There are PLENTY of good years and mileage to go on this truck. I purchased this truck to get some projects done around my house/property. It is not my daily driver. It is limited to weekend errands only now. It deserves an owner who can drive it every day.
