It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that the part is correct for the intended vehicle before purchase.

We sell used parts. All used parts have been previously installed and may show normal wear from age and use. Although parts are inspected and tested whenever possible, used parts can still fail.

All items are sold exactly as pictured, so please review all photos carefully before purchase.

Shipping Details

Most orders ship within one business day. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

Freight shipping is used for large items such as engines, transmissions, doors, seats and body parts.

Unless otherwise stated, the advertised freight shipping price applies to delivery to a business address with normal commercial access or to the carrier’s local terminal for pickup.

Residential delivery is $200 extra.

Handling time for freight items is up to 5 business days.

To help us arrange freight delivery without delays, please provide the following after purchase:

Freight transit times may vary, and some carriers may arrive without advance notice. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Additional freight charges apply for limited access locations, special delivery zones, and extra services such as liftgate, inside delivery, appointment delivery, storage, or re-delivery.

Please do not request extra services directly from the driver unless they were approved in advance. Any additional carrier charges remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Important Delivery Notice

If your freight shipment or signed package arrives with visible damage, please inspect it before signing.

Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s paperwork at the time of delivery. If damage is not noted at delivery, it may affect the ability to file a claim.

If a shipment that does not require a signature arrives damaged, please contact us right away through eBay message and send clear photos of the item and packaging.

Customer Service

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us through eBay first before opening a case or leaving feedback. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly and fairly.

Return Policy and Warranty

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

No restocking fees apply.

The warranty period is 90 days, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

The warranty applies only to the original part sold. It does not cover labor, programming, diagnostic fees, towing, rental car expenses, loss of time, or any other related or consequential costs.

The warranty is void if the item has been improperly installed, physically damaged, disassembled, modified, overheated, run without proper fluids, or returned with missing parts.

Please inspect and test the item before installation whenever possible.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Under no circumstances is GP-Parts responsible for any amount greater than the original purchase price of the item.

Engine Warranty Requirements

Before installing an engine, all required service items must be replaced, including gaskets, seals, fluids, filters, spark plugs, belts, and other normal maintenance items needed for proper installation and operation.

Any aftermarket parts, performance modifications, or non-factory software or tuning will void the warranty.

Timing chains, chain guides, VVT/Vanos/VTEC components, vacuum pumps, and similar maintenance-related items are not covered unless specifically stated otherwise.

Accessories left on the engine for installation convenience only, including the alternator, power steering pump, A/C compressor, and similar components, are not covered unless specifically stated in the listing.

Engine overheating, oil starvation, low oil level, improper lubrication, or improper installation will void the warranty.

All installation work must be performed by a licensed, professional, ASE-certified repair shop or dealership. Proof of installation is required for any warranty claim.
