Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 60 days for US orders. Message us first for the quickest solution on how to receive a return label. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The following must be sent when you open a return:
- A photo of the original part number needed.
- Documentation that the part could not be programmed and verify installation requirements.
Items returned due to an incorrect part number may be subject to a return $10 fee and the buyert is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns will be initiated within the next 1-2 business days of delivery. The item MUST be in its original condition and display markings. We send photos of what will be shipped to you. Any damaged, missing, altered, or incorrect items returned will result in a loss in value and deducted from your refund. Additional photos and documentation may be required.
"PARTS ONLY" sales are FINAL. Refunds are not accepted.
