Payment

• Cash is accepted for walk in orders. Parts are not reserved until paid in full.

Shipping

• Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, and LTL freight.
• Non-freight orders are processed within two business days of orders being placed. Orders placed on a holiday or over the weekend will ship the next business day.
• Freight orders are processed within three business days of the order being placed.
• Freight shipping costs displayed include lift gate service at the delivery location.
• Any free shipping we offer is for the continental United States only. Additional shipping charges will apply for orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or a territory of the United States.
• Local pickup is available. Orders must be paid for in advance for items to be reserved.

• All used items are described accurately and are accompanied by detailed pictures (best viewed via PC). Any flaws, issues or damage will be noted in the item description and will be shown in pictures to the best of our ability.
• 30 day standard warranty applies to all parts we sell.
• Additional warranty terms are provided on a case by case basis.
• Customers pay for return shipping costs.
