To return a part, you must contact us via eBay messaging within the 30-day period to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please include a sheet of paper in the box stating why the item was returned. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item to CarPartMall at the address on the shipping label.
