There are no Postage or Packaging costs on most our orders however large & bulky items incur delivery charge shipped to ‘Mainland UK’. If your postcode is NOT within the UK Mainland we will NOT dispatch your item even after purchase, until we check the appropriate postal charges.

Free Postage and Packaging is ONLY offered to orders shipped within mainland UK.

• Orders for which payment is received before 1200 hours (12:00 pm) will be shipped the same working day. 
  
• Orders for which payment is received after 1200 Hours (12:00 pm) on a working day or orders received during weekends or during any Public Holiday periods will be processed on the next working day. 
  
• We only ship to PayPal approved addresses. Please ensure that your payment address details with PayPal are correct and accurate and up-to-date.  
  
• Any non-received items caused by an invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or replacement policy. 
  
• For customers based outside of the United Kingdom UK), import duties, taxes or other related charges as well as shipping are not included in the price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

• In the unlikely event that a return has to be made, returns are free ( we will cover return postage ) if a customer has ordered incorrectly or changed their mind the return postage is there responsibility.
• Please also remember to include as much detail as possible about the transaction (eBay item number, your eBay ID etc.) and the reason for return.
  
• Refund requests will normally be processed with 7 days once we have received the returned item.
