It does have a PA rebuilt/reconstructed title (passed DMV inspection) which is reflected in the reserve price. Original owner had an accident with only 1800 miles on the car. I have pictures of the damage. Very minimal and surprised it was totaled. I'm guessing due to it being from Petty's Garage and those costs. All cosmetic and all up front. No engine, mechanical or frame damage was evident. It was actually drivable. If you would like to see them, please ask.
