SHIPPING TERMS

We use UPS or FedEx Ground Home Delivery services ONLY.

We do not use cheap economy shipping rates.

We do NOT ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, PO Box, and APO/AFO addresses.

Oversized items like bumpers, doors, hoods, trunk lids, fenders and other similar items may be shipped via Greyhound Bus Lines or Freight truck. After you purchase such an item, you must provide us with your full name, phone number and your business/residential address.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via eBay Message within 24 hours for instructions

The moment you complete the transaction, we assume you've agreed with the entire listing. Do your own research before buying to ensure this part is a right part for you. We suggest if necessary to contact your local dealership Parts and Service Department to verify fitment.

Working halogen bulbs may or may not be included! Unless shown on the photos as tested and working condition. All Xenon/Ballast HID parts are sold as is and not tested. Unless shown on the photos as tested.

All we do not have any record of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for any of our parts as we do not receive this information from our suppliers.

Any installation or other fee are non-refundable.

All refunded transactions will receive a 15% restocking fee on undamaged OR items bought incorrectly. You may return an item if we have made a mistake in the listing; however, if we have not made a mistake, the buyer is responsible for original and return shipping if an item is returned.
