2. WHAT DOES SALVAGE/REBUILT MEAN:
Many people are not familiar with the meaning of a salvage title, below is a brief explanation of the Salvage terminology:
Salvage basically means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By issuing a Salvage title, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does salvage mean the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get his vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance company will pay off the car. If the car gets stolen then Insurance company has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance company pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction with a Salvage title. In addition, if the vehecle belongs to a corporate lease, a fleet, a corporation vehicle, a company vehicle, those organizations/corporations are not in the business of repairing that car, they automatically have the insurance company take possession of that vehicle and go out and repurchase a new one, why? they save time, energy and money, they see fit that their operations are not att all held back due to a lengthy bodyshop repair which could take weeks, even months! That vehicle anyways will be written off as a business expense as well as the purchase of their new vehicle. There are numerous reasons why companies, corporations, even consumers decline repairs, to know all of them is simply impossible.
In brief Salvage does not always mean that the car was wrecked badly. However the term is primarily used for totaled or "totall loss" cars.
You can register and drive this car just like any other car out there and also obtain Insurance on a Salvage car.
3. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: BANK WIRE, LOAN CHECK OR CASHIER'S CHECK
Payment must be made with a Cashiers Check, Loan check or Bank Wire. A Ten (10) day waiting period will be required to verify funds depending on where the funds are being originated from. Cashier Check - Funds will need to be verified from the bank on which the check is drawn. Wiring instructions - please acquire the Bank Name and a contact at their bank. The Office will contact the Customer's Bank with wiring information.

Winning bidder must contact us within 6 hours of the auctions ending moment, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due INSTANTLY AT THE END OF THE AUCTION. The remainder is due within 3 days, an extension is available if necessary upon request though an additional deposit will be requested/needed . If no contact is made within 6 hours we reserve the right to continue with the current listing, or sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.

8. CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason which ever reason it may be the contract is breached/broken and the party can no longer proceed with the sale for what ever reason, personal or not, a $500.00 termination fee will be applied and subtracted from the initial/agreed purchase price/deposit. That termination fee is due to loss of exposure, re-listing costs/fees/expenses, negative exposure when the vehicle is relisted, and most importantly the time lost on that particular transaction.

WE DON'T ISSUE A REBUILT TITLE FOR EVERY VEHICLE BECAUSE WE DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE ORIGINAL BUYER WILL ORIGINATE FROM, EXPORTERS DO NOT NEED THEM SINCE THEY ARE EXPORTING THE VEHICLE OUT OF THE COUNTRY, AND CERTAIN STATES DO NOT HONOR PENNSYLVANIA'S REBUILT TITLE, TO NAME A FEW STATE OF NEW YORK, MASACHUSETS, NEW JERSEY, PENNSYLVANIA. REASON BEING CERTAIN STATES DEMAND TO PERFORM THEIR OWN REBUILT/RECONSTRUCTED TITLING.THEREFORE, NOT TO INCUR "UNNECESSARY-COSTS/EXPENSES, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY PRECIOUS TIME " WE DO NOT AND WILL NOT DO A REBUILT TILE FOR OUR VEHICLES IF IT'S NOT GOING TO BE HONORED/ NEEDED-ACCEPTED-OR EVEN REQUESTED ANYWAYS FOR THAT PARTICULAR PURCHASING PARTY, OR THEIR INITIAL PLACE OF RESIDENCY OR WHERE EVER THE BUYER IS OR HAS ORIGINATED FROM!
