Nearly all others similar that are available on ebay are actually poor quality stranded wires that have no shielding.
More than Cat6(10Gbps+) is pointless for nearly everyone.

avoid others on sale using braid to cover up fake cables that they
claim are high 'CAT' as most are actually CAT5 or worse(can say this
confidently as I have purchased them along with other types to confirm
myself as unshielded fakes)!!
