Return and Pickup Policy

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. For returns due to buyer?s remorse or incorrect orders, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If an item is damaged, please provide photos via eBay when requesting a return.

Note: International and custom item returns are not accepted. For damaged items, up to 50% of the refund may be withheld depending on the return's condition.

Freight Items

We carefully document serial numbers and take photographs before shipping to ensure accuracy.

In Freight item shipping price included delivery to business / commercial address. If you need deliver to residential or lift gate on delivery contact us about that additionally.

Returns must have matching serial numbers and be in the same condition as when shipped. Returns that are improperly packaged or damaged will not be accepted.

Pickup Details

Pickup is available by appointment at our warehouse (address provided upon request).

Note: ID and proof of purchase are required at the time of pickup.
