A 9V battery is required (not included in the scope of supply). It is recommended to replace the battery.

The following is an abnormal connection:
If a cable, such as cable No. 3, has an open circuit, the two No. 3 lights of the main tester and the remote tester not be to turn on. If multiple cables are not connected, multiple lights not turn on separately.
If less than two cables are connected, no lights appear.
If there is a fault at both ends of the cable, such as NO. 2 4, then display:
If the two cables are short-circuited, the corresponding lights not turn on on the remote control, and the main tester remain unchanged.
If three cables, including three cables, are short-circuited, the corresponding lights not light up. If testing a terminal block or wall socket, connect two cables (RJ45) to the tester.
