1, Paypal is accepted .Payment from bank account and all major credit cards will be accepted through secure payment processor PayPal.
2, Your paypal verified address is accepted only. We highly recommend you check your address before placing any order to us.
3, Payment should be complete within 3 days from the date you purchase or after the end of auction. Items unpaid within 3 days of the auction end will be forfeited. We reserve the right of cancel the order and re-selling the items.
All of our items are shipped from our GA, USA warehouse.
Item will be shipped to buyer's PayPal shipping address within 1 business day after clear payment received.
Tracking number of domestic orders will show up on buyer's eBay account once order is shipped.
Please make sure shipping address on your PayPal account is correct & up-to-date.

- 60 Days Free Return from the purchased date. Please contact us via email before returning the defectived item.
- Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyers/user's part.
- Return items should include the original packaging and all accessories. Buyers MUST contact us for the returning address.
- In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
- Please check actual stock bulb model & housing size before purchasing replacement bulbs. Compatibility list on eBay listing is not a complete list and it is a known issue that there are errors on it.
- If you encounter model/functional compatibility issue, please contact us for assistance. We will help you exchange to compatible item (if available).
- We only accept refund request if we don't carry compatible item. 20% restocking fee will be deducted for ALL refund cases.
- Buyer is responsible for both return and resend shipping cost when exchanging an item with compatibility issue. We will cover resend shipping cost if compatibility problem is directly caused by incorrect information on listing.
- Buyer will be charged for price difference when upgrading to a more expensive model.
