The core of the radiator is welded in vacuum brazing furnace, no epoxy.The Radiator are 100% welded by TIG.Stronger & Higher Capacity for Coolant than OEM units,Made of High Quality Full Aluminum Construction.This aluminum radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Its light-weight, and high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently. This Aluminum Radiator is at least 35% to 45% more efficient than stock ones. Most importantly, it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means that your cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.
1 Higher density core: cooling rows are spaced 3/8" apart.giving you 25% more rows within the core than other aluminum radiators.
2 14-16 cooling fins per inch,giving you approximately 1500 more cooling fins than other aluminum radiators,throws off much more heat.

- Most of our products ship UPS Ground or Home, but some larger items (such as rattan furniture sets) do ship UPS LTL (Freight) and can take up to 6 business days to arrive from the time the product ships. These shipments will need to be scheduled for an appointment to deliver by the local UPS facility when it arrives in your area (the appointment will need to be scheduled within three days from their first contact attempt). Someone must be present to take delivery of LTL shipments and sign for the delivery (drivers only offload the product into the driveway; any additional help by the driver including a lift-gate will require an additional charge).
- We can only ship your order to the PayPal verified address given to us at the time you checkout on eBay. Please verify that this address is the correct one you wish to have your package sent to. If an address change is needed you will be responsible for any fees associated.
- If UPS cannot deliver it for any reason (including they cannot reach you with the telephone number provided in the order or there is no phone number in the order), it will be re-consigned back to our warehouse and treated as a refused package where the order will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee.

is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise a 20%
