- We charge extra shipping for remote areas of the United States.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO/PO Box. Please provide your physical address.
- We only accept payment and shipment to confirmed ebay addresses.
- Tracking number will be uploaded to eBay within 1 business day after the item is shipped.
- For international shipments, buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
- Please note that the item you are about to purchase is an international shipment for which your country may charge customs duties and/or taxes. These fees vary and must be borne by the buyer. We offer free shipping on any successfully shipped item. However, if the buyer refuses to accept the shipment due to refusal of customs clearance, the shipping costs incurred must be borne by the buyer and are non-refundable.
- If your package does not arrive after the estimated delivery time, please contact us We will try our best to help. Once the shipping company confirms that the package is missing, we will either send you a new package or give you a full refund. Please note that it takes 10-14 business days for the shipping company to investigate the case. - All orders placed before 3pm (Eastern Standard Time) will ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 3pm (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the next business day.
- All orders within the 48 contiguous United States will be shipped free of charge via UPS, FedEx or USPS at our discretion.
- Orders outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, or International orders) are subject to a shipping surcharge.
- For expedited logistics please contact us via Message prior to payment. We will usually get back to you immediately.
- Customers must contact Aerosdrives within 30 days of receipt of shipment for return or exchange approval.
- Returns and exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on the original purchase, plus return shipping and replacement shipping.
- Exchanges due to shipping errors by Aerosdrives will not be charged a restocking or shipping fee.
- Please contact us first for any problems with the goods received. We will provide the perfect solution for you at the first time.
- We offer a 2-year warranty on damaged merchandise (effective upon payment).

- Photos of the damaged or malfunctioning part;
- Video of noise made while driving;
- Fault codes (photographs).
- We can only provide you with warranty service after we receive it.
