4. Delivery Precautions
Before signing for the package, please inspect the outer box for damage. If you notice crushing, breakage, or tearing:
①Take photos in the presence of the courier—capture all six sides of the box and the shipping label.
②Ask the courier to note “Package damaged upon delivery” on the shipping label.
③Record a video while unboxing, clearly showing any damage details.
④Keep all packaging materials (outer box, filler, etc.).
5.Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days.
If you are dissatisfied with the received item, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days, provided the item is in its original condition.And the return shipping fee is borne by the buyer.
