weighing up to 2Kgs will be dispatched via Royal Mail postal services. Items
weighing above 2kgs will be sent via DPD 48 Hour Courier Service.
We do our best to dispatch items in a timely & reasonable fashion. Once
passed into the postal service or to a courier service, delays or non
delivery of item is beyond our control. So please be fair and appreciate we
have done our best to deliver the item to you on time. Items over a certain
value are always sent via a tracked service.
International
postage? We dispatch worldwide using the eBay Global Shipping Program. You may
be subject to local taxation depending on location. If you require an Express
Delivery service we can offer direct shipping with UPS, DHL or DPD, please
message us prior to purchase and we will be happy to quote for this.

We are
honest sellers and do our best to resolve all reasonable issues with
purchases. Please inspect items within 48 hours or receipt. Advising us of
issues early makes it a lot easier for issues to be resolved efficiently and
in a timely manner. In the unlikely event that an item arrives non-working or
damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by sending us an email
or message.
Please
do not just raise a case without contacting us first. If you receive the item
and decide you no longer want it or have changed your mind, distance selling
regulations on most "Buy it now" purchases state you have 14
days from the date of receipt to return the item. However please note you
will be liable for the return carriage costs.
