Operation Principle
1- Power Socket
The injector test bench is compatible with a wide input range from 90V to 240V AC 50/60Hz.
2- Test Fluid Level Gauge & Drain Hose
The Injector test bench comes with 1.5L fluid tank. Note the fluid level when refilling. Make sure that the fluid level does not exceed the max line. Remove the hose to drain the test fluid, as needed. When unboxing the injector test bench, the rack that fixes the hose may need to be mounted.
3- Ultrasonic Fluid Drain Hose
Remove the hose to drain the test fluid, as necessary. When unboxing the injector test bench, the rack that fixes the hose may need to be mounted.
4- Control Panel
Please refer to the Control Panel section for detailed operating instructions.
5- Signal Output
From left to right, the signal indexes are #1 to #4, on which the signal cords shall be mounted.
6- Cylinder Seal Switch
Lift up the cylinder seal switch to seal the cylinders, and pull it down to release, so that the cylinders can be drained as needed.
7- Locking Nut
For locking the fuel distributor. To remove, move the locking nut 1cm higher so that the fuel distributor can be taken off.
8- Test Fluid Delivery Hose
This hose extends from the piston fuel pump, to supply test fluid to the fuel distributor. This must be mounted before starting to use the test bench. Once mounted, it is not necessary to take it off.
9- Pressure Balancing & Stabilizing Hose
This hose leads to the air-lock pressure balancing & stabilizing assembly. It is designed to push air out of the fuel distributor to ensure no air remains in the distributor.
10 - Fuel Distributor
The fuel distributor has an inbuilt Φ13 fitting. Injectors of this size can be mounted to the distributor directly, while other injectors will need to use adapters. Please refer to the Accessories section for adapter details.
11 - Ultrasonic Bath
The Ultrasonic Bath must not be activated unless there is fluid in the bath, filled to the minimum level. To activate the ultrasonic bath, at least one injector must be connected to the signal cord, or else this may cause an error. Put injectors into the basket, then put the basket into the ultrasonic bath. Otherwise, there is a risk that the shock created by the activated injectors may damage the ultrasonic bath. Drain and clean the Ultrasonic Bath after use.
12 - Fuel Distributor Mounting Ports
There are two sets of mounting ports for the fuel distributor. The set in the middle is for regular injectors, the other set are for injectors where the feed port and nozzle are not vertically centered, e.g. Siemens Piezo.

Which cleaning solution should I use?
Ultrasonic Bath:
It is recommended to use ready-made bottled ultrasonic fluid or special ultrasonic cleaning powder.
If the above items are not available, a mixture of water and the following items can be used as a substitute:
⭐
Degreaser
⭐
Kitchen cleaner
⭐
Sodium bicarbonate
Injector Test Fluid:
It is recommended to use ready-made bottled test fluid.
If such test fluid is unavailable, the following items may be used as an alternative:
⭐
Kerosene / Paraffin
⭐
Diesel fuel
⚠️ Never use ethanol or gasoline as test fluid, as they are highly flammable!

Deployment / Workplace
The injector test bench must be installed on a flat surface, away from open flames and sparks.
If the injector test bench needs to be moved, all remaining test fluid must first be drained from the equipment.
