Guaranteed NOT dead on arrival (DOA), 30 days money back or replacement. We do NOT replace small support batteries on controls. Some new items may not be returned if seal/packaging is broken. Returning a part for any reason other than "defective or doesn't match description" is subject to a 10% recoupment for loss of value fee plus the cost of return shipping.

Shipping Details
If payment clears by 3pm EST Monday-Friday, the item will be shipped the same day.
UPS and USPS shipping options are available for standard or expedited. We will ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. on your account upon request.
We offer blind shipping to your customers and will include your return information and invoice upon request.

We have had very bad experiences with USPS' international shipping program. We do request that you consider using UPS or DHL. We can quote UPS international shipments at any time.
