If the item(s) are new without a plastic seal with pieces, it will be inspected with our best abilities as we don’t specialize in any items. However, ALL available pieces will always be shown in pictures for your verification of  parts.

We also acquire new items with damaged, worn or without packaging which will also be stated above in this description box.

OPEN-BOX ITEMS (S): A new OR slightly/temporarily used for any reason. This item is mostly available from buyer’s remorse or purchasing wrong item and normally in good /unworn shape; the boxes are mostly damage and sometimes missing. If the item(s) come with multiple pieces, it will be inspected with our best abilities as we don’t specialize in any items. However, ALL available pieces will always be shown in pictures for your verification of parts.

USED ITEM(S): A used item can have different conditions such as GREAT with no imperfections sight on seen, GOOD with slight imperfections or slight wear/ scratches, or FAIR with very noticeable scratches or wear but should in decent functional condition. However, we are not evaluation or inspection experts so please look closely at pictures so you can determine for yourself before purchase.

We "always" check to see if these items are working and often some are shown working in listing pictures if we can as a courtesy only. However, some of these items that require batteries may not have them, have died, or we may not have a compatible battery so we don't know if they are functional and will be listed in the conditions and description box as "NOT TESTED OR UN TESTED". In this case, if you have purchased new batteries and your items are inoperable you have the option to return this item for a full refund with a formal return request through the eBay system only!

SHIPPING:

All our items are shipped from North Carolina. We ship daily except for Sundays as we try to ship out orders as fast as possible!  However, this doesn’t mean your particular order will be shipped the same day or next day. Please review the expected delivery dates shown in the listing or in your invoice once purchased

All purchased orders will be sent an automatic email with the Tracking # once your shipping label is generated.

All fragile or delicate items will be wrapped and/or stuffed securely with wrapping paper or other appropriate packaging materials.  

All items are prepared from a smoke-free environment. Used liquid-resistant items will be sanitized for shipping preparation and will make a great effort to show pictures of imperfections and wear the best we can.

BASIC PURCHASES/AUCTIONS/ACCEPTED OFFER PAYMENTS:
Payment is required on all basic purchases auctions/accepted offers within 5 days, or we will cancel for nonpayment and relist the item. However, we understand that THINGS HAPPEN! RETURNS
Most of our Items have Free 30 day returns supported by eBay’s Free Return policy. However, Please be sure to return this item choosing the appropriate option. We understand that people make purchasing mistakes and its okay to return these items using options such as: Changed my mind, Don’t Like it, Or Doesn’t Fit.

We have found some people will return items selecting Damaged, Arrived Damage, Defective, Item not as described only because of buyer’s remorse or may have mistakenly purchased the wrong item and may feel uncomfortable with the return. There is no need for doing this! We will be happy to accept your return with a refund without any issues along as your item is returned in an honest manner.
