Exterior Panels:

All exterior panel parts will have a 12 month warranty this includes Bumpers, Wings, Tailgates / Boot lids, Bonnets and Doors.

Please ensure you have checked the fitment of these parts before any alteration / repairs, cutting or painting is attempted as we can not accept a return for a part not in the original condition it was purchased.

Lights:

All vehicle lights will come with a 3 month warranty.

Electrical Parts:

All electronic parts will come with a 3 month warranty, The only Exception to this is ECU's which must be coded onto the vehicle by a qualified technician, We can not accept a return on any ECU type part that has been opened / installation has caused issues to the ECU. Crash data may need to be wiped from the ECU prior to installation also.

Please note radios and multi media equipment are not sold with the codes, we do not supply the codes unless the code is on the unit.

Mechanical Parts:

All mechanical parts will come with a minimum of a 3 month warranty, Longer periods may be available on parts from vehicles with a lower milage.

Engines / Gearboxes:

Optional warranty available for a 3 or 6 month period based on the mileage of the unit, This optional warranty is in exchange for your old engine or gearbox, Once you have your old unit out, fully drained and strapped securely to a pallet please inform us the partis ready to collect and we will arrange a courier to pick this up.

If any part supplied by ourselves is proven to be faulty during this period, it may be returned to us to exchange. If no exchange is available within 48 hours a refund will be given.

"ENGINE" refers to the cylinder head and block and the internal components that make these up i.e. pistons, valves, cam shaft etc. any ancillaries left on the engine e.g. water pump, cam belt (we require proof that a new timing \ cam belt \ chain has been fitted, emailed photograph of receipt or photograph of new belts fitted) are given free of charge and are not covered by this guarantee.

Gaskets and oil seals are not covered. This guarantee covers the parts only. It does not cover any incurred labour charges or from any fault arising from the fitting of this part. This guarantee is void if any part supplied has been tampered with in any way i.e. seals broken, dismantled etc. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

DSG type gear boxes will require to be programmed to your vehicle to be installed correctly, This must be performed by a qualified technician using the appropriate tools and equipment.

We do not warranty any fly wheel or clutch parts, These may come still attached to the engine or gear box, but are not part of the over all price of the item and do not come with any warranty, as these are 'wear' parts they should be changed when swapping out the engine / gear box.

Both engines and gear boxes will arrive to you fully drained, and without ancillaries unless specified otherwise.

Our warranties do not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration, or modifications. The warranties does not cover cost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages.

DELIVERY FOR PANELS WILL BE BY PALLET, THIS WILL BE SENT ON A 2-3 DAY SERVICE.

ANY DELIVERIES ABOVE THE NORTHERN BELT AND ANY BRITISH ISLANDS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE DELIVERY PRICE, PLEASE CONTACT US WITH YOUR POSTCODE BEFORE PURCHASE FOR AN ACCURATE DELIVERY QUOTE.
