Delivery:
Typically items are despatched same day if ordered before 4.30pm and sometimes even later depending on the day. Very occasionally we are unable to get it out same day but then it's next day.
If your item hasn't arrived within 10 days please get in touch and we will attempt to trace and if that fails, supply another or provide a refund.

Returns:
If you find your item defective within 30 days then please get in touch for replacement or refund. Unwanted items can only be refunded if brand new and still sealed.
