Item Condition Please understand that our items are generally in typical used condition.

• For Books: There may be signs of use such as minor tears, bent corners, scuffs, or mild sun fading. However, these do not affect reading or enjoyment.

• For CDs: The case may have cracks, but the disc itself plays without any issues.

• Digital Codes: Any included product codes or download codes are likely already used and cannot be redeemed.

Accessories & Images Accessories such as Obi strips, special bonuses, or tags are not included. Even if an Obi strip is shown in the images, it will not be included with the actual item. Since we have multiple copies in stock, the product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Special Requests If you are specifically looking for an item in excellent condition or with a tag/Obi strip, please contact us before purchasing. We will do our best to find a high-quality copy for you, though the price may be slightly higher depending on availability (or it may not be available).

Additional Photos To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not provide additional photos, as preparing them requires extra labor costs.

Packing

We carefully pack each item with bubble wrap or other protective materials to prevent any damage during transit.

Shipping

Items are shipped from Japan within 10–20 days (handling time is 15 business days).

• Items listed as END – feel free to contact me anytime.
• For clothes, shoes, or accessories, if the size is not shown, please send me a message. Size variations may exist.
• Watches: battery operation not confirmed.
• If sweets are included as a bonus, they will be removed for safety.
• Air shipping restrictions: oil, liquids, powders, and batteries will be removed from the parcel.
