The Borgeson Universal Company has been manufacturing steering universal joints and components for the industrial, automotive, military and aerospace markets since 1914. Purchased by the present owners in 1982, Borgeson continued to develop and refine our original needle bearing universal joint into the finest and strongest joint you can buy. Seeking to expand, Borgeson purchased Mullins steering gears in 2001 and combined the two businesses into one central, 50,000 square foot modern manufacturing facility. RETURNS
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment.
Returned items must be in original "as new" condition.
Returned items must include all Original Packaging, Manuals, Hardware, Accessories, etc.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from us prior to returning any item for any reason. To ensure that you are properly credited, do not return any merchandise without prior authorization.
Once an item has been installed, modified or used, it can no longer be accepted for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will send a prepaid return label if the return is due to an error on our part.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item being returned for credit originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping charges incurred to ship the item to the buyer will be withheld from the amount refunded.
All returns will be inspected once they are received by the warehouse. Credit will not be issued for items received in any condition other than originally described; nor will credit be issued for items that have been returned without following the process outlined in this return policy. If your return is denied, the item may be returned back to you at your cost. In some cases, the item may still be accepted for return but may be subject to a restocking fee.
