This item is a "New" old item.  Many of my parts are obsolete or discontinued and are hard to find.  My entire stock came from a closed small engine repair shop. 

The packaging may be dirty or beat up but the part inside is NEW OLD STOCK!  Some parts may contain some surface rust.
