Operating Instructions:
1.ON Duration Setting:Adjust the time using the potentiometer marked RUN TIME. Turn clockwise to increase the duration and counterclockwise to decrease it.
The left DIP switch under the potentiometer is for time range setting. Toggle it down for an adjustable range of 0–100; toggle it up for a range of 0–1000.
The right DIP switch under the potentiometer is for unit setting. Toggle it down to Sec. for seconds; toggle it up to Min. for minutes.
2.OFF Duration Setting:Adjust the time using the potentiometer marked OFF TIME.
3.Start Button:Connect a self-resetting button. Press it once—the green light turns on, indicating the module is in RUN mode. It will automatically cycle infinitely according to the preset ON and OFF durations. Press the button again—the red light turns on, indicating the module switches to STOP mode.
4.Time Setting Example:
Requirement: Power on for 20 seconds, power off for 30 minutes, infinite cycle.
Settings:(1) Toggle the RUN TIME range switch down to 0–100.(2) Toggle the RUN TIME unit switch down to Sec.(3) Rotate the RUN TIME potentiometer to the 20 position (i.e., 20/100 from the left).(4) Toggle the OFF TIME range switch down to 0–100.(5) Toggle the OFF TIME unit switch up to Min.(6) Rotate the OFF TIME potentiometer to the 30 position (i.e., 30/100 from the left).
Note:
The potentiometer position can also be quickly located by measuring the voltage.
The central pin outputs 0V at the minimum setting and 5V at the maximum. For example:
To set to 20: 20/100 × 5V = 1.0V
To set to 30: 30/100 × 5V = 1.5V
Precautions:
1.Use a start button with a rated current of 0.1A or higher.
2.The wires connected to the button carry high voltage.
During installation, ensure compliance with creepage distance requirements to prevent electric shock from contact with live parts.
