RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for Return: Most used auto parts are eligible for a 30-day return. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, uninstalled, and with all original components included.
Non-Eligible Items: Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Condition of Return: All returned items must be in resalable condition. Returns with missing components, damage, or signs of use beyond normal wear and tear may be denied.
Packaging Requirements:

Returns must include all original parts and packaging.

Items should be packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. Improper or oversized packaging may result in additional shipping charges deducted from your refund.
Damaged Items: Any parts that arrive damaged must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
- Match parts with existing ones before installation.
- Do not force installation if parts do not match.
- We recommend using a certified mechanic for installation.
- Forced installation will void the warranty and refund.
- Minor dents or scratches from handling may occur, but do not affect fitment or functionality.
- The warranty does not cover minor cosmetic damage.
- Request cancellations via eBay Message.
- Cancellations must be made before the end of the sale day.
- Packages are begin pick up by 3:PM on weekdays (excluding holidays).
