This unit will arrive Programmed & Updated to your vehicle's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and Mileage. The unit will be Plug and Play with no additional programming needed. Your vehicle may need a simple Key Relearn Process that you can complete yourself. Instructions will be included. We can not begin to process your order until we get your VIN Number.

If your Vehicle's equipped with an Immobilizer, we will include an easy to use Immobilizer Reset Tool which will make the computer plug and play. The tool is included with your order.

Warranty does not include any labor associated with installation or removal of parts. Warranty will include the shipping charge only when the part is deemed to be faulty without being damaged by buyer which is under the sole discretion of Flagship One inc. Buyer hereby acknowledges that the sellers' liability is limited to the price of the item sold. We will not be liable for any damage or injury that results from any use of used auto parts or any other item sold here on ebay. Electrical parts are tested before being sold and Will be inspected for any burnt components upon return, voiding all warranties where components are proven to be damaged via the buyer application. Warranty is also void if the item is misused, abused, modified, used for any purpose not originally intended, part is installed outside of the United States, vehicle is involved in an accident, part is sold to someone other than the buyer here, warranty is not transferable. The buyer is solely responsible for making the correct interchange research. All interchange information in the listings are speculative and must be verified by the buyer. Items Returned must be in original condition and a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping will be charged if they are purchased in error, buyers' remorse, or any item that was as described and if the unit was programmed by us, a $85.00 programming fee is not refundable. If 45 days have passed since the date of purchase, the buyer is also responsible for the commission charged by ebay for the particular sale. These fees will not be charged if the mistake is ours. The first 30 days of the warranty include an option for money back, and the following months include an option for exchange or store credit. The warranty includes only one claim. After one claim, the warranty is exhausted. This transaction shall be deemed to have been made in the State of New York and the validity, interpretation and performance shall be governed by NY. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this transaction shall be brought in Nassau County, NY.
