Our main contact method is eBay Messages. We try to answer all messages within 24 hours. If we are unable to answer your questions before the listing ends the item will be re-listed again soon for you to purchase.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states.

For items shipped via LTL Freight.

A commercial address is NOT required.  Shipping to a residential address is possible, but will be more expensive.  Shipping engines and transmissions have free shipping whether to a business address or residential address.

For small items, they will ship with UPS with live tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your part ships. Please allow 1-5 business days for your part to arrive.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the date purchase.  The original invoice must accompany all returns. Parts must be returned in the same condition, complete, and undamaged.  Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving part.

Return shipping charges and original shipping charges will not be returned to the buyer when it is the buyer's error, remorse, etc, (changed my mind, found a better price, don’t like it, ordered by mistake).  The buyer will pay return shipping charges and original shipping charges, even if it is free shipping.  The shipping charges will be taken out of the refund amount.

If we have made a mistake, shipped the wrong item, part is defective, etc, we will resolve the issue at our cost. 

If a part fails to perform properly, please contact us before taking additional action. Our parts are tested and did work on the donor vehicle, we will first assist you or your mechanic to verify the correct installation and programing procedure has been completed.  In the unlikely event a part fails within the term of the warranty we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

TRANMISSION WARRANTY AND INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Prior to installation of your used transmission, we require these steps be taken for the warranty to be valid. Failure to provide proof these steps were taken will void any warranty. Pre-Installation Requirements: Replace all seals. Install new filter kit. Flush and inspect cooling lines. Align and engage torque converter into the front pump. Fill trans with manufacture specified fluid. Clear all transmission computer codes prior to starting or operating the vehicle. Adjust throttle position sensor cable.

ENGINE WARRANTY AND INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Prior to installation of your used engine, we require these steps be taken for the warranty to be valid. Also please note while engines may come with accessories these are not covered under any warranty. Engines are guaranteed against knocking and excessive smoking. The warranty is void if engine's heat tab is melted or removed. 

Pre-Installation Requirements: Drain and replace engine oils to manufacture suggested levels. Replace oil, air, and fuel filters. Replace valve cover gaskets. Replace oil pan gasket and rear main seal. If needed replace timing gears, chains, or belts & gaskets. Replace thermostat & gasket. Flush cooling system and re-fill. Install new spark plugs & wires. Install new belts and hoses. Failure to provide proof any of these steps were not taken may void the warranty. 

All parts come with a standard 30 day warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Details will be included with the packing slip for each order. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
