FLAT RATE SERVICE INCLUDES:
1. Clean and remove all debris from outside and inside of scanner.
2. Perform complete diagnostics testing on all scanners.
3. Clean all circuit boards with ESD safe chemicals.
4. Visually inspect all components and replace all with parts as required.
5. Inspect, adjust, clean and tighten connections.
6. Test handle board and trigger switch for lose connection.
7. Replace scanner flex cable, scan engine and CPU on an AS NEEDED bases.
8. Perform and run diagnostic testing on all functions of scanner.
9. Configure and recalibrate scanner to factory default specifications, unless otherwise requested.
10. Clean and test
NOTE: Units are repaired for published Flat Rate Price. Devices that are damaged due to abuse (crushed, smashed, bent, run over) or liquid damage MAY not qualify for Flat Rate repair. In this case a time and materials repair quote will be created and submitted for customer approval.
