All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. 7% Indiana sales tax will apply to orders picked up. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

To return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

If you purchased a part in error, Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
