The PTI FluoDia T70 is a filtered-based high-temperature fluorescence microplate reader capable of measuring fluorescence intensity from 5°C above room temperature to 75°C. This instrument is configured with fluorescence emission filters: 530DF20 (47297), 590DF20 (41739) and 620DF20(41802) and fluorescence excitation filters 486DF20 (41809), 465DF20 (41808), 510DF20 (30619) and 425BP20 (313). The instrument turns on but the current owner has never used it because he lacks the software from Horiba. No software comes with this instrument. Buyer pays for shipping.
