International shipping charges do not include any custom and brokerage fees. Buyers are responsible for all custom and brokerage fees. If you have any questions regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your governments official website.

• Our products requires professional installation and we are not held responsible for installation of the product. If the product is damage through installation, we are not held responsible for refunds.
• When you have received your package, please inspect your product for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage before installation. If you notice any damages or defects, please contact us ASAP.
• You may return/exchange any unopened products in resalable condition (we do not pay for return shipping.) After we have received the package and the item is in a resalable condition, a full refund will be issued.
• All returns, cancellation shipping, and handling fees of all orders are non-refundable.
