Within 1-2 business days from the time your payment is received and processed in our system, most items (except those noted in the processing times) will be shipped from our warehouse. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays). Note: We have multiple warehouses and if the item in the warehouse closest to you is sold out, we will arrange for it to be shipped from another warehouse.
Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Need to Return an item?
Since there are multiple return warehouses, if you need to return, please contact me to ask for a specific return address! So as not to return to the wrong warehouse and not get a Timely Refund.
