We offer a 30-day warranty on all the parts we sell. If any part fails within this timeframe, please contact us. Normal wear and tear or improper installation are not covered by this warranty.
To process the warranty claim, please ensure you provide the following:
1. Photos of the defect (if available) along with a description of the issue.
2. The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
3. A report from a certified mechanic.
4. This report should detail the installation, including the date, mileage at installation, and the current mileage of the vehicle.
5. The report must be a brief evaluation from a certified mechanic explaining the cause of the part's failure and the need for replacement.
Please return the defective part in its original manufacturer's packaging.
