Return Policy

Customer must contact ZTAutoparts within 30 days of receiving shipment for approval of any return or exchange. Returns or exchanges will be subject to a 10% restocking fee of the original item purchased plus cost of return shipping and replacement shipping. Exchanges due to shipping errors by ZTAutoparts will not be subjected to a restocking fee or shipping charges.

Any returns, please contact us for the returning address - DO NOT return to the address on the sales invoice. Any items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Please mark your eBay user name on the outside of the package when sending back to us.
