Purchases made on the motozeta.it website and on the www.ebay.it/MOTO-ZETA website are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales. The Motozeta company undertakes to replace the spare part or reimburse the expense no later than 30 days from receipt of the goods. The reason for the return must be valid and above all, since these are used spare parts, we will refund you only if they are damaged, inefficient or unusable. We do not accept complaints relating to normal signs of wear of spare parts.
