Shipping & Processing Policy

Processing Times

• In-Stock Orders: Ship within 24 hours.

• Weekend Orders: Will be processed and shipped the next business day.

• Non-Stocked Parts (Special Order):

  • Most parts ordered from the manufacturer take 1 day to arrive at our facility and will be promptly shipped to you.

  • The majority of orders are shipped complete within 2–3 business days.

  • A few specialized parts may take up to 5–6 business days to arrive before shipping.

Delivery & Transit

• Standard Ground: Usually takes 2–7 days depending on your location.

• Upgraded Shipping: Orders may be shipped Overnight for an ** additional cost**.

• Transit Guarantee: We cannot guarantee transit times for ground or oversized orders.

Cost & Carriers

• Oversized Shipments: Will incur an additional charge. You will be contacted for approval prior to shipping.

• Carrier Substitution: Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.

Restrictions & Exceptions

• International Shipping: We do not ship internationally.

• COD Orders: We do not ship COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

• Backorder/Discontinuation: In the unlikely event a part is backordered or discontinued, we will notify you and do our best to find an alternative solution as quickly as possible.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Returns Eligibility (30 Days)

• Time Limit: Return requests must be made within 30 days of your receipt of the order.

• Arrangement: Please contact us to arrange for any return shipment.

• Documentation: A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.

• Condition: Parts must be resaleable and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

• Used parts.

• Installed or tried parts.

• Electrical parts are not returnable.

Right to Refuse

We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.

Cancellation Policy

An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled only up until the time it is shipped and is no longer in our possession.
