Payment

When the buyer wins an auction or a Buy It Now purchase the buyer must complete payment. Non-paying bidders will be taken very seriously and we reserve the right to report any non-payment or fraudulent activity to collection services and credit reporting agencies.

We prefer payment to be made via PayPal, however we also accept Credit & Debit Card payments via our secure telephone sales number: 0114 2755 916. 

To ensure security all transactions will be subjected to stringent fraud checks and delivery will only be made to the registered cardholders address.  If delivery is required to an alternative address then a decision will be made at our discretion. We also accept other forms of payment such as; Bank Transfers, Postal Orders and Cheques to our Business address. Please be aware that cheques are subject to a clearance period of 5 working days before the goods you purchased will be dispatched.

UK Mainland & International Postage

• Shipping prices listed on eBay are for MAINLAND UK ONLY. Other locations will be more expensive – Please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

• If you are based in Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or require any other International shipping you must contact us BEFORE placing a bid on an item.

• International customers MUST provide an e-mail address and telephone number before items are posted out.

• Please note we charge a postage fee to cover the costs of materials and labour.

• When your order has been processed and the payment has been cleared, your item will be despatched as soon as possible. Please be aware that when paying by cheque clearance can take up to (3-5 working days).

• Upon delivery of your item(s) they MUST be checked before being signed for. Please note that your signature verifies the receipt of the goods in an undamaged condition.  Therefore any damaged items that have been signed for cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Terms

Our new parts come with a 1-year warranty. For used parts we offer a 90-day warranty. N.B. People may have different opinions when judging the condition of used parts. Therefore always view the listing pictures carefully as this is a clear representation of the part you will receive. If you have any queries or concerns, please contact us prior to buying/bidding.

Returns

If you receive a genuinely faulty part we will replace the part or give you a full refund, please note that we must be informed of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item and therefore must be made aware if you intend on returning a part to us.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will also refund the postage costs.
