Shipping
Items will be shipped with a tracking number within 3 business days after receiving cleared
payment. Standard shipping is handled via Dpd PostNL Fedex and UPS; for alternative options, please
contact us.
The tracking number will be sent to the buyer’s email. International buyers are responsible for
any taxes and customs clearance fees.
Payment and invoices
Invoices are issued without tax (margin invoice). Please note: If you require an invoice, you must provide your company details and contact information (email, tax number/VAT ID, etc.) within one week of purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to do so.
Returns
Returns accepted within 2 weeks of arrival, for equipment that isn't functional. This is limited to
items powering up, and does not calibrations, maintenance or other small issues.
No
returns for products no longer needed, or accidental purchases.
Please check and test the product as soon as it arrives.
If it doesn’t work properly or arrives damaged, please contact us directly instead of opening a
case. Opening a case has a very negative impact on our store and usually takes much longer to
resolve the actual issue.
So, if you experience any problem, please contact us first.
Buyers who open cases without contacting us beforehand may be blocked from future purchases.
