HOW TO SAVE MONEY SHOPPING IN OUR STORE

Postage prices for individual items have had a recent increase. Whilst the rise is unfortunate, we are happy to say we are able to offer much greater savings when ordering more than one item from us, so please consider having a deeper look through our store and use the 'add to cart' feature before checkout to ensure the best shipping discounts can be applied to your order. The savings we can offer on bulk orders are considerable and a really great way to offset the price-rise.
For Australian customers, using the add to cart feature will save you on postage for each additional item added to your cart. We also offer FREE POSTAGE on orders over $100 (after any discounting and excluding vinyl (sorry!)), so feel free to build a healthy order and avoid postage costs all together!
For International customers, using the add to cart feature will see an impressive shipping saving of $10AUD for each additional item added.

MAIL SPEED

Our cut off for same day shipping is 8am. Orders received after this time will be shipped on the next applicable weekday. We have a mail collection daily at 1pm. This gives your purchase the best possible start on its journey to you. Please keep in mind mail speed is sometimes affected at present, whilst your purchase will likely be delivered within the eBay suggested ETA window, it may take longer as delays are not uncommon (locally and internationally). By continuing with the purchase you agree not to hold us liable for any delays and will not open any item not received disputes prior to a conversation with us for an update on how we perceive mail flow is at that given time.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

We offer several mail options. Our untracked 'letter' option is by far our most popular service (CDs and DVDs will be well packed in sturdy bubble mailers). This service is very reliable (perhaps sometimes slow) but certainly good value for its pricing.
PARCEL LOCKER CUSTOMERS *PLEASE NOTE* Untracked letter is technically not allowed for sending to Parcel Lockers (PO Boxes is fine). If you use a parcel locker and don’t select parcel as the shipping option, please be wary your purchase may be forwarded by Aus Post to the associated address you have on file with your Parcel Locker account.
Items over $35 will be shipped with tracking at no extra charge. If you wish to have the ability to track anything under $35, please choose any of the other options available as these all come with tracking.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN/REGION OF MANUFACTURE

This is a new requirement for us to display. Due to the size of our store we will initially set this to default to Australia (as it is accurate for 95%+ of the items we sell). As a result we cannot guarantee that this field is correct, especially if it looks to contradict other information in the listing description or in the photos provided. We will continue to update and correct this field as time allows – but we encourage customers to reach out ahead of purchase if you would like confirmation of the Country of Origin/Manufacture. We will be manually overriding/correcting information to declare on customs forms for all sales to the USA as necessary.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside of Australia)

All international mail is sent as tracked via Australia Post who will hand over to your national customs for clearance and local mailing service for delivery at your end. All tracking will be automatically uploaded once generated at our end.

International customers considering purchasing DVDs from Australia, if you are unfamiliar with Region coding or if PAL/NTSC formatting will or won’t work for you, it is highly recommended to check your manual in advance or search online for your device's make and model to confirm its compatible playback options.

DISCOUNTING:

We regularly run sales and offers. We recommend watching items rather than messaging requesting discounts or making offers. We will send out offers on watched items (over $10) typically once a month. Low value items we generally don't consider for offers. We do also gradually lower prices of older items every 4-6 weeks. We mean no offence by ignoring requests for discounts, rather please familiarise yourself with how we structure and run the store and strategise as you see fit.

Everything for sale in this store FYFI101 is 100% authentic and exactly the same as you would find in a bricks & mortar store. Second hand goods for sale here will (unless specified) be refitted with fresh cases where the existing case is cracked, dirty or scuffed, and cleaned if warranted. Please note we run software that re-cycles images of items if we have stocked the item previously. We will always endeavour to show the correct edition of an item for sale, but there is always a very slight risk (where an item shares the same barcode), the copy for sale may be different to the one pictured. If any of this is a concern, please contact us to discuss the item of interest ahead of purchase with any questions. All secondhand Blu-ray sales are for the advertised disc, and pictured art and case. Digital codes or coupons that might be referenced on the front or back cover, form no part of the sale as they are generally not included or already redeemed. When replacing Blu-ray cases we may on occasion resort to using a double case in place of a single case depending on what stock we have at present. Replacement cases may not always carry the branded Blu-ray logo (depending on what we are able to source at any given time).

For the sake of clarity, any use of the word 'copy' within our item descriptions is with reference to the following definition of use: 'A single specimen of a particular book, record, or other publication or issue.'
Any use of the word 'Digipak' is used to make a point of difference between a jewel case and any type of cardboard packaging. If you need further clarification of the exact type of packaging please reach out ahead of purchase.

Still in its original factory (unless specified) or shop seal. Guaranteed never opened or played.

AS NEW:

A near-perfect release with no obvious signs of use.

Disc(s) may have been played but handled perfectly. No obvious marks, however on very rare occasions, manufacturing imperfections (typically restricted to DVD manufacture) that do not affect playback may be present. Guaranteed to play perfectly.

Packaging will be near-perfect with no obvious wear, however some very slight marks from handling may be present.

EXC COND:

A wonderful release with some minor subtle signs of use.

Disc(s) will be in excellent condition looking clean and well handled. Guaranteed to play perfectly. Jewel cases will be replaced where necessary. Cardboard packaging (digipaks, slipcovers etc) may show signs of light wear including indentations, light marks and/or scuffing. Cover inserts may have minor indentations and/or dimpling present. Promo items will be marked such in the title of the listing and have stamps, hole punch, slice or markings in barcode

VERY GOOD:

A great release, but with some slightly more obvious signs of use

Disc(s) (unless specified otherwise in item description) will remain in excellent condition looking clean and well handled. Guaranteed to play perfectly. Cover inserts and/or packaging is in presentable condition but may display one or more of the following imperfections: light wear, marks, scuffing, indentations, dimpling, wrinkles or moisture / light water damage. Promo items will be marked such in the title of the listing and have stamps, hole punch, slice or markings in barcode.
