PAYMENTS
Payment must be received within 4 days of items end. If more time is required please contact us PRIOR to your purchase of any of our items. We prefer Paypal. Please contact us for other payment types accepted. We will not ship any items paid for with a echeck until the check clears our bank. This could take as many as 10 days.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship via LTL, USPS, or UPS Ground. If you require a quicker shipping method please contact us for a price quote. When an item is marked Freight please contact us for a shipping quote. A $30.00 pallet fee will be included with your quote for items shipping on a standard pallet. Items requiring a larger pallet will have a higher pallet fee. We will need to know your zip code and whether the shipment is delivering to a Residential or Commercial address.
If you need a lift-gate or not, a telephone number, and what day and time the delivery can be made. We will do everything possible to aid in arranging for delivery or LTL shipping.
If you are picking an item up or arranging your own freight, the Item must be picked up in 10 working days. After 10 days a storage fee of $10 a day will apply unless prior arrangements are made.

For International Freight Shipments we can ship to the US Borders as long as you can provide Transportation from there to your location and have a customs broker to clear the shipment.

RETURNS
Items listed for parts or repair can not be returned. Returned Item MUST be in the ORIGINAL UNALTERED state! Return is VOID if any alterations, repairs, damages, etc have occurred. NO refund will be issued. All items returned must include everything sent, including all original boxes, packing, accessories, hardware, manuals, etc. Serial Numbers must be verified. NO refund will be issued until after return order is complete.
